Good Afternoon,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. First and foremost, we would like to apologies for the poor service provided. Tufnells make a lot of our deliveries and this will be brought to their attention with immediate effect.

Regarding the delivery up dates we have an automated system which notifies our customers when their deliveries will be with them via email. So will be looking into this also.

Great value and good service.

Ordered foil covered skirting. It arrived quickly, was packaged enough to survive the elements. The boards look great fitted and the foil is fairly hard wearing.
