We are extremely sorry you did not receive your item on time, the courier admitted that the vehicle did breakdown with your items on the lorry and they tried to get all the deliveries completed on that day but unfortunately ran out of time. It was delivered the next available working day. We refunded you compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Ordered Outback Excelsior 6 burner BBQ on Thu 9th Aug / 21.32pm (via website) delivered as arranged Mon 13th Aug 10.30am, very well packaged. Their price was the very best price I could find £379.99...
Service received was excellent. Goods arrived on time the next day. However, the packaging when it arrived was well battered and torn in places. Fortunately no damage to the contents.
