We are very sorry the item came with missing fittings, (which we have sent you seperately) we buy these in bulk from the manufacturer sealed, we are not open at the weekends and unfortunately could not respond to your request until Monday morning, which all Mondays are extremely busy, our staff work very hard to get through all the correspondence as quickly as possible.
