Throughout the country customers have to pay for goods before they are dispatched most companies will operate like this, it was sagepay's system (we use sagepay because they operate a very good system in card fraud prevention) that crashed and duplicated the payments it was only 2 customers and it was only within a 2min period. we realised very quickly and contacted you to inform you and refunded the amounts immediately. This situation did hold up your order slightly and we dispatched it asap, and kept you informed. We sent out over 500 items in August with only a few problems. Our Staff here work extremely hard to provide a good service.
