Great little runner’s shop in Inverness

Hi Marcus, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All of our products are placed in our Run 4 It branded courier bags but we are very sorry the box incurred some damaged whilst in transit. As explained in our response to you, we could not provide a replacement box as we do not have spare boxes provided by Nike. We did advise that you could send the shoes back to us using our free returns service so we could send out a replacement to you. We are sorry that you feel our response to your query was dismissive as this was not intended. We always aim to resolve issues in a swift and efficient manner.
