Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that the courier has not delivered the parcel to you, it is certainly not the service we expect you to receive. We replied to your initial query on the 18th of June to highlight the period of time Royal Mail asks that you allow for the parcel to travel through their networks. Upon receiving your update on the morning of the 23rd of June to confirm the parcel had still not been delivered, we refunded your order right away and sent confirmation of this to you. However, we are sorry you feel that we did not help you as best as we could in this instance. We do highlight on our website the process of lost parcels and the time frame Royal Mail asks before submitting lost parcel queries. Many thanks.

Our team are trained to discuss our sale policy during the shoe fit and also to remind customers at the till.
