Actually deliver the goods I ordered, took order and payment sent me several emails to confirm order and delivery time slot, even to an on the day to expect your delivery in a time slot and then 50...

Hi Alison, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your Run4It order. We do try and ensure our stock is kept as accurate as possible and I can only apologise that a stock issue occurred on your order.

We sent you an email with your order confirmation and payment was taken as soon as you placed your order. We then sent you another email to confirm that the other item on your order had been shipped. You received delivery notifications from DPD regarding this item and not the item that was out of stock as this was never shipped.

We offered and you accepted a 15% discount on the newer model of the shoe. We also upgraded your delivery to a next day one to apologise for the error.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused in regards to your order. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service Manager
