I didnt get the product i ordered

My order was lost by the courier and the exact item couldnt be replaced.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you had with our courier. I can see the parcel was misplaced in their depot and was never found. I'm really sorry about this. I know you had been dealing with my colleague Jenny regarding this and she offered an alternative colour of the shorts as we had sold out of the original short you ordered. I can see that we never heard back from you regarding that so we processed you a full refund including your delivery charge. I do apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. I know you had been dealing with my colleague Jenny regarding this and she offered an alternative colour of the shorts as we had sold out of the original short you ordered. Hi Sandy, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry there was some confusion with your delivery.

Your order was sent to our Dundee store for collection as you selected this option at checkout. We are more than happy to send orders direct to the customer but the customer must select this at checkout and include a shipping address.

The email you received stated that your order had been shipped and the second paragraph states that if you selected to collect your order from one of our stores the order is now available for collection. I'm sorry for the confusion. We are currently working with our Developers to have a separate email for Collect in Store orders. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service Manager
