One thought on the food. Yes, it would be nice to have something different occasionally. I often eat on the ferry but I bet I can tell you what will be available. It's always the same, give or take a curry!
What niggles me is the fact that you charge £2 (ish) for a portion of chips but you include them with pasta, shepherds pie, etc where they really are not needed and yet, if I decline the portion, I get no discount! Please reduce the prices of such items by a couple of pounds and, if people really want chips with their pasta, charge them extra!!!
There was a delay disembarking at Southampton, no reason why, if this is going to be the norm then it would be nice to know that you are going to sit in the car and not go anywhere for ten minutes.
