Thank you for the review, sorry about the toilet issue.
As a resident I have to use a ferry of some sort when I go anywhere, at the moment the red funnel service is a little cheaper than the competition with much better catering facilities.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We would love to operate more sailings during the winter but unfortunately we refit each ship at this time of year so I'm afraid it's just not possible (:
Just avoid the expensive food and drink both on board and at Southampton and the rest is okay but, to be honest, there isn't a lot of choice to get to and from the Island so what do you do?

I would normally rank as Good to excellent. Last journey was marred by ship being too full both ways, with passengers sitting on the floor. I think there were several coach parties on board.
