As always we arrived 30 mins prior to departure, when we came to finding a seat on board well that was much more difficult. Our group of 5 had to sit in different places which i don't feel is acceptable. Increased the capacity of cars on ferries yes. Did you increase the seating. No. Ah apart from that is the seats dotted around the connecting walkways.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry you were not all able to sit together but some good news is on the way as we're fitting 55% more internal seats to Red Falcon in time for Easter 2014.

This rating is to reflect my dissatisfaction with the pet area. I have a very small dog who can't cope in very cold conditions. To be asked to sit practically outside for an hour is not on. Leaving...

Actually I couldn't fault it,,,,,,,,, even had both booths operating at East Cowes,,,,,,,,, wonderful.
Travelling down from Surrey on what had been a very challenging day moving house to the Isle Of Wight it was made more so by getting myself thoroughly lost in the dark in the outskirts of Southampton...

Moving from Surrey to the Isle of Wight must have been stressful but I'm so glad our staff were able to help in some small way.

Our crossing from E.Cowes to Soton on 14th Dec 2013 at 9:00am was very busy. We we're luck we got a seat, but quite a number were left to stand, or sit on the floor. Some people sat on the stairs to...
Good but on the late ferry 23.50 from east views I felt like I wasn't welcome there as everything was shut or shutting down before we left? Practically zer facilities
the ferry was chock a block full, very little seating inside. Thankfully for December I had a very pleasant trip on the top deck.
Please don't turn into Wightlink they seem to care very little about...
