Ferry on time both out and inbound. Only gripe is that I paid for priority boarding on return journey and was almost last to exit the boat so not sure what I actually paid for.
The ferry departed from East Cowes and arrived in Southampton on time. Ferry was clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was superb.

All went really smoothly. Staff parking cars, serving etc. very pleasant. Patient and smiling.
Food surprisingly good. Simple, filling and huge portions. Prices better than a service station.
