Journey to the island was amazing staff was outstanding....couldn't of had better very polite and helpful...
journey returning to mainland was ridiculous very rude staff and this is high ranked...

V.good service.keen prices much better than your rival.Great staff
I returned to the mainland yestertday on Osprey, all nice and clean, punctual and polite .......but the smell of cooking fat, chips etc permeated throughout the deck.
Do you have extractor fans or...
after travelling in dreadful weather from Wales to Southampton on Monday the 23 rd. of December, we were worried that the ferry may have been cancelled. to our delight they were still running even...
overall no complaints but this is not exacetly a cheap service
