Thank you for your feedback, we do understand the impact maintenance to our passenger gangways can have on your overall experience however with the new foot passenger gangway in place there should not be a need for foot passengers to load via the main deck any more. The process was for the cars to disembark before we let foot passengers on and off as this was the safest way and we do apologise if this was not the case.
I will forward your comments to the Customer Experience Manager on board our ferries to look at the cleanliness of the lounge area as the seats should be clean at all times.
