We do apologise for any inconvenience that yesterdays cancellation caused you, this was due to essential maintenance on the Red Falcon and we did update this on our service status in advance.
With regards to the next departure after 2100hrs this was at 2350hrs yesterday so we are unsure why you were advised of the next day - however if you would like us to investigate this further please email us at post@redfunnel.co.uk

Overall service is efficient and presents view problems.
