We try to keep prices as low as possible and usually fares will only rise annually in line with RPI. My Red Funnel members (it's free to join) also benefit from a range of offers throughout the year.
With regards to boarding we do normally board on a first come, first boarded basis however if this is not the case please email us at post@redfunnel.co.uk and we can forward this onto the terminal managers to investigate further. We do offer a priority boarding service which allows you to be one of the first on and off the boat along with 20% off on board food and beverages - this is an add on to your booking.
