The only comment ralates to the food. The chips are in edible. Under cooked and the chip fat is not changed so they taste unpleasant. Everything else is v good

Due to a discount voucher the journey was significantly cheaper than the 'rival' ferry firm
Travelling 19.30 return 01.15 following day ie. 5 3/4 hours on the IOW and charged 2 day tariff this has to be a rip off.

Having initial response from red funnel. No change in my opinion.
Fairly seamless travel as usual. Look forward to your projected upgrade of the car ferry. Mostly use red jet weekly as cost of taking a car is prohibitive unless in possession of discount vouchers.
