Good service

It was eventually good, pity it took a year and a number of attempts to get it sorted and now means that one issue will not be covered for period

I do find premiums expensive as first year of puppy's life and no claims hope they do not rise much without claiming

I think the petplan service is good but I'm very aggrieved I have to pay my vet to fill out the claim form!!

The lady that dealt with me over the phone was very helpful and setup the plan with no hassle.

Friendly helpful staff. Have used petplan for animal insurance for many years now, Claims have always been dealt with promptly.
