I have only recently taken out this policy and have not yet had a reason to use it so feel its a bit premature to rate it.
However taking out the policy and receiving the documents has been hassle...
Very good company to be insured with. Although they are abit expensive. But they took me back after leaving them which I appreciated. And they have always covered me, if I put in a claim. X
