I found the online form easy to apply for pet insurance, the forms were posted to me within 2 weeks. I cant comment on how fast and easy it is to claim as I haven,t had to claim so far.

Sales person spoke a little too quickly.

The customer service is brilliant but like every insurance company the restrictions of cover for your pet is ludicrous ie no cover for dentistry yes its up to the owner to keep pets teeth clean but...

The cover looks very good at a reasonable price and it was so simple to set up.
