Good afternoon and many thanks for your recent feedback. This has been investigated and unfortunately the bucket you purchased does not come complete with lid, this being due to customers wanting the option of lid v's non-lid. With regards this product and many others we sell you will be prompted when choosing the body to also choose your lid, at times we offer a variety of colours so it means that the customer is in complete control of which lid they would prefer. I hope this helps with any future purchases from OiPPS.

Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time out to leave us this feedback. Our shipping prices are based on both the weight of the product and the postcode the goods are required to be delivered to, this is done inline with our carrier prices and we're confident they are competitive within the market. I have investigated this matter and I can see that your order was placed on the 24th of December, with the delivery scheduled for the 4th of January. Indeed the goods were slightly delayed to which I can only apologise for, I can see that they were signed for on the 6th of January. We were aware of carrier delays over the festive period and we made sure to state this on the website so our customers were fully aware when choosing to place an order with OiPPS.
