Delivery cost

Decently priced and good products however, delivery cost is just too much. Stopped me to order now couple times.

Good morning and thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that our delivery costs have hindered you from ordering from us on certain occasions. Our delivery costs are based on the weight and the postcode they're required at and this cost is agreed with our carriers unfortunately. We try to keep a cost v's service approach on this and have in the past used other 3rd party carriers but quickly realised that this wasn't in line with what our customers expect from us service wise. We are looking at options of collecting goods from our depots, however currently this isn't an option available to us.

Bought containers and caps. Not enough caps arrived. I had to pay for more!

I had to pay for caps that I’d paid for on a previous order. They didn’t give me enough.

It took some time but I'm happy

It took about 3 weeks to arrive to Ireland. And I did not get the promised tracking number. But it came after all and the buckets are great. Just ordered some more.

Despite saying guaranteed stock, was delayed a number of times. I get delays are wide spread currently - hopefully it was just a one off.

I booked standard delivery, but I deem it was unnecessary to wait for 4 days before processing my order. The order could have been delivered sooner. Shame that the only way to contact customer...
