Good afternoon and thank you for your open and honest thoughts. I'm sorry to hear that online ordering hasn't been as effective for you as it has others. I would like to reassure you that we've received lots of good feedback with regards our website and I do acknowledge, understand and accept it may not suit everybody's requirements. We do believe it to be a great way of our Customers managing their own personal account, with many extra internal and external benefits associated with this way of ordering. A great example of this would be our reduction in non-conformances, such things as orders being processed incorrectly; these have reduced significantly. I would also like to reassure you that our new and improved website is merely the platform that orders are placed on and our dedicated teams are still available should you require them, via phone email or live chat.

Thank you so much for this review. We accepted that 2020 was a tough year, but 2021 has been tougher! So, it's great to hear that through all the obstacles we've encountered; the unfortunate and ongoing pandemic, Brexit and more recently supply chain issues we have still managed to meet your demands. We have worked extremely hard to ensure supply to our fantastic customers and will continue to do so, whatever is thrown at us.
