Thank you so much for this review, it really sums up what we've been up against over the last 12-18 months. You, the Customer are the most important thing to us and we will always do our upmost to ensure consistent supply of your products. Our stock levels remain high and our prices remain very competitive in a (at times) troubled marketplace.

Thank you for your review. It's a real shame that we have not managed to meet your 5 star requirements and this is acknowledged. At times we do ship our goods from various depots within the UK and we do this to make sure the Customer receives the goods they have ordered as quickly as possible. Please accept our apologies on this, we do try to send your products out in one delivery should this be possible.
