Good afternoon and thank you for your honest thoughts, it's very important for us to hear the voice of our Customer. I do acknowledge that online ordering isn't suitable for everyone, please be assured that we do not intend to make things harder for you. The majority of the feedback we have received re. our online ordering option is that of a positive nature, putting full control in our customers hands, pricing, stock availability, data and preferred delivery dates to name but a few 'perks'. I know we haven't managed to speak in person yet, I will continue to try and obtain your thoughts in more detail so that we can come to a conclusion that suits your overall requirements.

We deliver within 3 working days on all orders within stock, this is guaranteed so I will be looking into why this was not the case for you.
