I'm really made up to hear your thoughts, it's great to know we're still delivering an experience that meet's your expectations after all these years. Having a clear Purpose at Invopak really helps, it means that no matter whether you're brand new to us or we've enjoyed a relationship for many, many years we aim to consistently deliver this to our Customers.

Good afternoon and thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you have had to wait over a week for your goods, however as your order was placed after the 12pm cut off on the 22nd of December your delivery would not have been due to you until the 5th of January. This was stated on our website with us also specifying that next day deliveries would fall into a 3-5 delivery window, due to Christmas and subsequent Bank Holidays. I will however look into whether this could be made clearer for the next Christmas period.
