Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies with regards the lead time on the products in question. We have seen significant delays in certain products from our suppliers over the last few months; to which we are in constant communication with. We are now seeing this arriving more frequently and with guaranteed delivery dates too which will aid our communication with you our Customer.

Good morning and thank you for your honest feedback.I have looked into your points and can confirm that the issue with your prices isn't related to that of the website. On investigation this is linked to human error on our part, this due to your order being split by one of the team, where they have not subsequently picked up the agreed price break you receive for ordering in certain quantities. This has been communicated with the individual and the team as a whole for future orders - please accept our apologies on this.With regards the stock levels on our website, this is a live system which is updated constantly throughout the day, meaning what is available to be purchased is available to everyone at the same time. We do at times see minimal discrepancies when it come's to the actual picking of the goods, however I'm happy to say these are few and far between and we do our upmost to ensure our visible stock levels show a true reflection of what we actually have at our multiple depots.We're always looking to improve and I'm happy to see the positives mentioned above, thank you.

Good morning, thank you for taking the time out to leave us this review. We did see long lead times on certain stock lines in the past, however this seems to have eased now. It's great to hear the team we're on hand to offer you a suitable alternative whilst we worked hard to ensure we got the stock in from our Manufactures to meet our Customers needs.
