Good afternoon, thank you for your great comment. We take the service and experience we offer our Customers very seriously and as much as we've 'been up against it' lately it's great to know that you find it a "pleasure" working with us.

Many thanks for your recent feedback. We work very hard to ensure we have the products you need in stock, however at times we are held by our suppliers and have seen various issues within overall supply chain over the last few months. I'm confident that we're now seeing these issues less frequently meaning our stock levels are increasing back to what they were pre-supply chain delays.

Good afternoon and many thanks for your feedback. We can only apologise for the delays in some of our products over the last few months, at times this has been out of our control. We do however take full responsibility of this and are working very closely with our suppliers to ensure we get these into our depots at the earliest opportunity available to us.
