Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time out to leave us this review. I'm so sorry to hear your frustrations, especially around communication. I will be looking into what has happened on this occasion with the appropriate people, this so we're aware of the impact we have had on you and your business - this is not our intention at all. We do utilise our own fleet primarily, but also external carriers at times (usually on next day deliveries), so based on your comments I think we have had an issue at the point of getting the order back out to you. My main takeaway here is that we must do better with our customer communication - I apologise for this.
