Please accept my apologies with regards the speediness of our managed in-box, this shouldn't be the case and is not something I have been made aware of in the past. We do have in place agreed timings as to when a Customer should receive a response, I'm sorry this hasn't been met in your example. Good morning. I'm sorry to hear that you believe our product descriptions are "misleading", this and the fact you believed it was unclear around the ordering of closures. Each of our products contain an image, a visible specification and a detailed description, we believe this to be more than sufficient for our Customers to chose the correct product for their needs. With regards the closure for any of our products, the website will ask you to add a closure when choosing your body, it will also prompt you should you not choose to order one; this is something we have put in place so our Customers are clear as to next steps (should they want or not want a closure). Again, I'm sorry the website did not meet your expectations on this occasion, we're always looking for ways to improve the experience we offer you so any further feedback is always taken into consideration.
