Good afternoon and thank you for your recent feedback. I can see from the product you ordered these were awaiting stock and we were awaiting deliveries from our supplier. Unfortunately we did experience long delays from this supplier, ones to which we were constantly chasing and updating Customers who were affected. I'm sorry to hear that this was not the case for you, we're usually very good at keeping our Customers updated every step of the way. I take your comments on board and hope that we can turn this around should you choose to order from us again in the future.
