Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. I have investigated this with the team and as you requested a 'next day delivery' we act quickly and send these out to honour your request, we were too efficient in a sense! We wouldn't have known this was a duplicate at the point of your order as the system would have sent both through for picking and dispatching. I can see that you ordered at 7pm, we would have picked these and dispatched them next morning and as advised by the team, we can only request our 3rd party carrier stops the delivery (and did), but unfortunately this becomes slightly out of our control at that point. I believe the communications with the team were post dispatch, so again would be more of a request. Should you choose to return these items, will obviously offer you a full refund upon receipt. I do hope this explains a little bit more around what happened? We would never dream of offering a "terrible service" and I don't believe we would have "never bothered" to honour your request to cancel.
