Thank you so much for your recent review, it's amazing to hear that you think "The Customer Service is fantastic" at Invopak and that your overall experience has been one of a positive nature.

We're always looking at ways we can improve and will continue to put our time, effort and training into making sure we provide a World Class Customer Experience, in-fact its the major driving force for us here. 

We as a business make sure that we treat our Customers as we would want to be treated and I think this is quite clear when I read your comment as to how hard we try to find solutions. We understand at times things can go wrong, that no one is perfect and it's actually what we do to rectify any issue that defines us, this is what makes the real difference.

We will always try our hardest to find a solution, ensuring we always keep you informed as we understand communication is so important. 

I'm aware of the issue with regards the faulty bottles and I can only apologise this happened. I'm really glad we managed to sort this out in the end and to your satisfaction. These goods were quarantined and sent to the supplier for further investigation.

Dave asked me to let you know that he's amended the 3 orders as per your request and I would like to personally thank you for the Weekend Break advice you gave me back in September.

I had great pleasure in showing Joan what you had said and can I just say - I completely agree with you. Joan is an integral part of my Customer Service Team who shows a can-do attitude, attention to detail and a real willingness to take personal responsibility in all that she does. Joan has been managing the South West Area for me over the last 5 Years, in fact it was only her 5 Year anniversary with Invopak yesterday.

I'm really made up to know that Joan also assists you with the research and development side of your business, she will always confidently answer any Customer questions and go the extra mile for them.

It's really rewarding to hear that you feel the service you receive is "good" and that the deliveries we make to you are "always on time and in good condition".

I'm aware that Firetherm have traded with Invopak for over 10 years and over this time your business has grown, to know that we have played our part in this is a great feeling and we do hope this continues for many more years to come.

I also know that you tend to place your orders via email, so if at any point you require any personal assistance at all your Customer Service Executive is called Linzi and she will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have, she can be contacted on 0161 336 4451.

I do hope that in the future we can change that 'good' service to a World Class one, as this is the major driving force for us here with regards our Customer's Experience.

I've just had a quick catch up with Lisa & Tommy regarding your comments and it's made their day knowing you are extremely satisfied with everything we do for you at Assured. Tommy even tried to get a free week off as a result of a five star review - his boss said no, maybe you can help him out here...?

We had Scott in today who I know you are very familiar with, he even mentioned he has a quite a soft touch for you all after yesterday's visit. Here at Invopak we are flexible to the needs of different customers and that's why we hold many stock lines for you especially during your very busy seasons which we know are on the horizon soon - we anticipate customers future needs and ensure we back them up with a can-do attitude.
