I was involved in your experience and recall the urgency associated with you obtaining these goods. 

From the call being received into my office we acted straight away, liaising with our Sales Executive Lee to get a quotation raised, confirming stock availability, offering the option of delivery and reacting quickly when you needed to collect instead. I even remember you speaking to our Customer Service Executive Tiarna to finalise how many you could fit on your vehicle once you arrived at the depot. Finally, you were even given a tour of the warehouse! 

All this within 24 hours of you contacting us! I really hope this shows our commitment to providing a World Class Customer Experience?
