I know we exchanged many emails and telephone calls together alongside the rest of my team, as discussed we had various issues with our courier who was delivering your order.

This is something we are actively reviewing based on their service provided to date, the cost of your delivery has been reimbursed and should be with you within the coming days. I can see my colleague, Jess, handled your original enquiry regarding the incorrect bottles being received. These had been collected and resent correctly back to you, subsequently being received on 9th April.
