Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time out to leave us this review, it's really appreciated. It's great to hear your thoughts on us and how you believe us to be "very approachable" and "always willing to help". I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the recent 'Walking in other peoples shoes' visit you held for us, it was great to see how your business works and it was very important for us to gain an understanding in the integral part we play in making sure everything runs smoothly. A great partnership all around.

Good afternoon. Thank you for your recent review, it was a great read. We're made up that you feel you can rely on us, it's very important for us to be able to give you that trust. Good morning. I'm so sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not been that of a positive ones, please accept my apologies on this. I know you've been a long standing Customer with us, and one that has been used to 'better times'. We did recently have issues obtaining a certain product, this was solely down to the manufacturer and I can reassure you we did everything within our power to ensure this product was back on our shelves as soon as we could get it. I'm sure you can imagine, this was as frustrating for us as it seems like it was for you. We have looked at other options around supply, but its not as straightforward as we'd like it to be unfortunately, however we will endeavour. As for lack of communication and not telling you, that is not acceptable so again, my apologies. Even if it's bad news, we will always try and offer reassurances or even alternatives. Communication is key!
