We do pride ourselves on the experience we offer our Customers, so to hear you call us an "Excellent Supplier" and you're impressed with our attention to detail and level of information. Good morning. I'm so sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not been that of a positive ones, please accept my apologies on this. I know you've been a long standing Customer with us, and one that has been used to 'better times'. We did recently have issues obtaining a certain product, this was solely down to the manufacturer and I can reassure you we did everything within our power to ensure this product was back on our shelves as soon as we could get it. I'm sure you can imagine, this was as frustrating for us as it seems like it was for you. We have looked at other options around supply, but its not as straightforward as we'd like it to be unfortunately, however we will endeavour. As for lack of communication and not telling you, that is not acceptable so again, my apologies. Even if it's bad news, we will always try and offer reassurances or even alternatives. Communication is key!
