Good morning. I'm so sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not been that of a positive ones, please accept my apologies on this. I know you've been a long standing Customer with us, and one that has been used to 'better times'. We did recently have issues obtaining a certain product, this was solely down to the manufacturer and I can reassure you we did everything within our power to ensure this product was back on our shelves as soon as we could get it. I'm sure you can imagine, this was as frustrating for us as it seems like it was for you. We have looked at other options around supply, but its not as straightforward as we'd like it to be unfortunately, however we will endeavour. As for lack of communication and not telling you, that is not acceptable so again, my apologies. Even if it's bad news, we will always try and offer reassurances or even alternatives. Communication is key!

Good morning. I'm sorry to hear that you feel our bucket is too expensive, we do review our prices regularly and believe them to be very competitive. We also offer cheaper prices, however this is based on the quantities you purchase, so maybe increasing the quantity will work out better for you in the long run. As for delivery, again apologies you're unhappy with this charge, we ourselves get charged for delivering if we use a 3rd party carrier and running our personalised fleet incurs costs as I'm sure you can imagine? I do hope the actual products you purchased from us are fit for purpose? Thank you for your business, again apologies we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
