Good evening, many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you have not been kept informed with regards Order Confirmation and booking in of deliveries. I can see from your notes that we should be booking in all deliveries, I'm not sure why these were not followed on this occasion. Please contact me if either of these errors happen again and I will be sure to double check the information we hold to make sure your customer specific notes are followed moving forward.
