Good Morning,Thank you for taking your time to give us your open and honest thoughts and thank you for replying to my email to discuss this matter further.Please accept our apologies for the issues that you experienced, as discussed this has been escalated and we have now implemented a “Vision Zero” scheme across the Company with a specific focus for the next Month on reducing errors of incorrect coloured products being sent out, each Month we will have our “Vision Zero Hero’s” announced on our internal network with incentives in place to encourage everybody to be checking and double checking at each step of the order process that all details are correct. Our “Vision Zero Heroes” will be the people who highlight any potential errors and take action so we hope to see a substantial decrease in errors such as this. As much as we appreciate that these things can happen at any time, we do take feedback from our customers seriously and implement procedures where we can to help us continuously improve. It's brilliant to see that you have experienced such great service from our Glasgow and Manchester depots.

Thank you for your feedback, as discussed I believe that your parcel was initially attempted for delivery on 28th November with a calling card left by the courier to advise collection would be required and has now been collected by yourself. I apologise for the misunderstanding with regards to the separate orders, it was in fact placed as one order but due to some products being temporarily unavailable as advised at time of ordering, the order was split in to 2 separate deliveries to yourselves. I'm glad we could resolve this and thank you for your time and patience.
