We have seen huge demand for our products over these uncertain times, meaning at times it's been 'testing'. Thank you so much for your review, it's great to hear how easy using our website is for you. The website is something we've worked extremely hard on perfecting as we've seen a huge increase in the demand on this ordering method during the last 12 months as you can imagine.

Good morning and apologies on the late reply, we have had recent issues with our website and the uploading of Feefo. This then caused a delay in being made aware of any consumer comments - this is now resolved. With regards VAT invoices, we do provide these so I'm not sure what has happened in here, I will look into this as it may be an error with the email address as the sending out of VAT invoices is automated. If you are still yet to receive this, please contact a member of the team and we can manually send this out to you.

We're really sorry to hear this; this was not our intention at all. During this pandemic we have and continue to see a real shift in how our customers order from us, this being the demand that was placed on our online platform. We did have initial teething problems which we quickly rectified, this being based on the response from our Customers. I do agree with you re. locating items, this is feedback we received a number of times and I'm glad to say we are currently upgrading our website and this is one of the things we have made easier for you.
