Firstly, thank you for taking the time out to leave us this feedback. I'm sorry to hear that there was a delay in your goods being sent. On investigation I know this was linked to the carrier we were using at the time and a mistake with regards your address. I believe this issue has been resolved and we were able to get these goods out to you as soon as we were made aware of where the error occurred. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you still feel like the issue hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that you believe our prices to be "poor". We believe our prices to be very competitive within the market and these are reviewed on an ongoing basis. We do offer a variety of pricing, with the cost to you reducing dependant on the quantities you purchase.
