Hi Phil, really sorry to hear this. I have looked into this for you and spoken to customer services. I understand that they are currently dealing with one of your colleagues to get this resolved. First Fence customer services are awaiting a response however and cannot resolve anything until they have a response. I have tried to contact you in relation to this but unable to get through. Delivery is always given as a guideline, as we aren’t able to predict possible delays caused by transport/vehicles etc, however the customer should always be informed by the transport team the moment we become aware of a problem, this is normal practise for us, so I will look into why you weren’t informed. In regards to not having a reply, responding to customer queries should be done immediately, potentially this email had gone under the radar, again I will look into it for you.
