Products scratched & chipped

Drove 1.5 hours to Bristol depot to pick up goods after phoning them. Although they did have in stock the PPC finish was very chipped and scratched on all.

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to the depot in question and it seems the goods had been moved around a bit and unfortunately with any powder coated products there is a risk of slight scratches etc. I have since looked at ways we can avoid this moving forward and additional protocols have been set to minimise any defects on the powder coating. We also offer touch up spray or to replace the items if you are not satisfied. Thank you again. Donna

Since then we now offer alternative delivery options to hopefully make the order cost effective for customers. We appreciate your feedback and have improved our service due this.
