You get what you pay for

Offloading required a forklift and fork extensions but this was not broached at point of order.

Normally off loading is mentioned in the invoice confirming customer responsibility, however we are looking to increase transparency on off loading requirements to ensure there are no surprises when goods arrive to a customer! Hi Andy, many thanks for taking my call earlier on. After going through this with you, I have spoken to the people and departments involved. They are aware this service is not acceptable and is not standard First Fence Ltd service we offer. Training has been put into place to for them and procedures are being implemented as we speak. I understand this order has already happened now and there is nothing I can do to change the fact you have had this experience. Moving forward this will not happen to any other customers and as explained on the phone in the years I have worked at First Fence I have never come across this before which has shocked me also! If you do require anything please do not hesitate to contact me directly on the email I sent to you. Thank you once again for taking the time to speak to me and leaving your feedback.

My delivery of new panels turned up all damaged covered in cement and other sites labels etc the next batch were not much better. in the end we finally got some level of good quality chapter 8.
