Following Vinny reaching out to you to resolve the issues raised,  we have since delivered replacement goods out to you and are looking into changing our current operations practice to avoid further miss-information regarding delivery times. 

In regards to the Temporary Fencing panels, we state on our website that the Ex-Hire Panels may include a mixture of Grade B Panels, we have made this more eye-catching to avoid any future confusion. We would like to know how you feel the issue was resolved and if there are any further comments you wish to make regarding our customer service handling?

Many thanks for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and there was a problem with the depot the goods were coming from and the systems there. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our IT department has rectified this now and will procedures have been put into place to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you, Donna

We try our best to ensure all deliveries are made on time and customers leave with 100% satisfaction, however as I am sure you can understand somethings are out of our hands and we are unable to do this which is why we state this in our terms to manage the customers expectations. Many thanks for your feedback. When our goods are delivered it is the customers responsibility to off load the goods where they require them to go. If the customer is not there and want the driver to do this then they will and leave the goods in the place the customer informed him to. Apologies you felt that the place they were left was not where you require them to be however the driver will only leave them where the customer instructs him to. I will pass your feedback on to the relevant departments.
