Delivery is always given as a guideline, as we aren’t able to predict possible delays caused by transport/vehicles etc, however the customer should always be informed by the transport team the moment we become aware of a problem, this is normal practise for us, so I will look into why you weren’t informed. Thank you very much for your feedback. I have looked into this for you as our Temporary Panels are Manufactured to a high spec and Galvanised to a BS standard. After looking into your order I understand you purchased Grade B Panels which you requested at time of order and not Grade A Panels which is why you brought them for a lot less then Grade A Panels. As explained to you at the time of order Grade B Panels do not meet the Grade A standards. Please see description for Grade B below. Hopefully this will solve any confusion between the standard of our Grade A Panels and Grade B. Thank you.

"Grade B Temporary Fence Panels are not manufactured to the same standard as Grade A Temporary Fence Panels, however they are still fully functional and have not been previously used but may not be as robust as Grade A Panels. These do not meet the normal exceptionally high standards of our manufacturers for varying reasons."
