Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do have certain requirements in place for setting up credit accounts, just as ways to keep our accounts secure and safe. Director’s guarantee is not only security for ourselves, but also indicates to us a directors trust in his own companies finances, which is always a good sign we look for. I appreciate the frustration as it you did have orders to place, and potentially if you were ever looking to place orders again, and were able to get the forms filled out fully, I have no doubt we could set up a mutually beneficial trading relationship.
