I was very excited after purchase.When package arrived stone was broken about an inch away from corner. Didn't want hassle to change it.

The customer has been given a 20% refund on the item as he wished to keep it and had already used it. Had the customer let us know the item was faulty when he received it we would have sent out a replacement and arranged a courier to pick up the faulty one.

Thanks Dev, we appreciate your feedback. Victorinox took over Wenger in 2005, and more recently integrated the swiss army knife range as well to have the Victorinox brand and label on them instead of the Wenger one. It is the same knife as before but with a re-design (plastic casing instead of metal and with the Victorinox brand). We have removed the old image with the metal casing to avoid any further confusion. If the metal body becomes available again we will certainly be stocking this instead of the plastic.
Speedy delivery, thanks, but 3 of the 4 drill bits broke within seconds of use. They were so brittle. The one that is left is great.

Thanks for your feedback Richard. They are made of extremely tough tungsten carbide, which is ideal for drilling through very hard metals however, tungsten carbide is also brittle and delicate which is why they must be used at very high speeds in a pillar drill to avoid breakage. This is particularly the case with sizes from 0.1mm - 1.00mm. Used in this way, you should have no problems.
Your company delivered very quickly and was reasonably priced. The website was easy to follow and ordering was easy.

Thanks for your feedback Graham. Aside from buying the ball and wheel shapes individually, we do have a set of 6 white Arkansas, each one being a different shape. We'd be happy to supply other individual shapes for customers, just let us know what shape you would use the most and we can look into this.
