Thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear you are happy with the product and the delivery service, and I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with the service we provided to you. All headrails are for 89mm wide slats and this information is listed on our product pages. When you got in touch to say you had made an error, we offered to convert the blind to suit 127mm wide slats, but naturally, this would be chargeable as the error was not our doing, and outside of what we typically offer. Our systems automatically calculate how many brackets are included with each headrail, which are then supplied with the track. This is correct to our system and the track's requirements, and so if you feel you require another bracket, it is not unreasonable for us to charge you for this, as it is an additional and non-essential part which is not included with the order.

Very pleased with the prompt service

Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to see your order was lost in transit. I'm glad you found the process prompt as soon as we were notified of the issue. Typically the courier service doesn't inform us if an item is lost, but as soon as we're made aware of the problem we will always look to rectify it as quickly as possible.
