Still no samples, despite phone call when I was told they would send again.

Samples didn’t arrive & although I phoned about a week ago to reorder there are still none

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your samples haven't arrived yet. The first set didn't arrive because you didn't include the house number or street with your order. When you called us up to check, we spotted the issue and I resubmitted your sample order for you. This was 3 working days ago, but due to the late afternoon time of the call, the samples wouldn't have been sent out on the Friday (2 working days ago). Given that the first class post can take up to 5 working days in some instances, I fully expect the samples to arrive with you early this week.

About 6 months after the purchase, I am sorry to say that all four blinds had fallen off the door could never be refit. The design of the blinds does appear to be strong enough and I am sure the summer heat will have an impact. After all my blinds came off, I could never get them back in working order. I am now spending nearly £600 on curtains. I dont think the blinds are strong enough to last more than a few months.

Hi there, thank you for your update. I'm sorry you're not happy with the product, however looking through our email conversation, I can see the blinds were ordered in the wrong size, which would mean you would have issues fitting them. Due to our products being made to measure, we can't change the blinds or take them back once they've been made. Kind regards, Joe | Online Team

Hi there, thank you for your review. This product has a 10-15 working day lead time, and can be delivered up until and including the 29th of May. Your order has been dispatched, which is likely why the review request came through, but it is not late or delayed.
